“ Cafe Rio is good as always! One employee, Tracy, is VERY interested in making sure your experience is good. This particular restaurant has touchscreen kiosks that you can order from, which is convenient as long as you don't have any special instructions (such as light lettuce). I took a star off for atmosphere specifically because, like every Cafe Rio, it's always LOUD. High ceilings and nothing to absorb the sound. You might want to consider wearing earplugs or sitting at their outside tables if you're sensitive to sound. ”

Vero was so sweet to help us out and take the stress off my shoulders The employees went so far as bringing chips and stuff to the tables to serve our party. “ My friends and I have come multiple times. Food tastes good, but their portions are extremely small. Like super small. This has happened for salads, burritos, and nachos. With having no face to face interaction, management/franchise owners need to fix that. I won’t go into other working issues with this location that do exist. I don’t think pictures do the flat burritos justice. I’m paying for extra meat and not getting a lot. EDIT: 4-14 changing my review. Last 3 times I came here portions were MUCH better and chicken was cooked well. I even walked in late one day and paid for food after they were technically closed but she still made it. Please Keep this up. ”

They were tasty, hot and my were extra saucy, just the way I like them! Service 5/5 - The service was great! This location has transferred to kiosk ordering, which I am sometimes wary of, but this time it was simple and efficient. There were also employees readily available for other service questions of requests. Atmosphere 5/5 - this restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff were helpful and friendly! I also felt like the music here wasn’t turned up so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, as it is so many other places. It made for a good lunch date vibe. Overall, will be going back to this Cafe Rio next time. ”
